Neulinx is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing AI startup building a truly novel product in the fintech space — something founders will rely on to make real financial decisions, not just automate admin.

This is a unique opportunity to join early and shape the architecture behind a next-gen AI platform built on agent-based intelligence, memory systems, and goal-oriented behaviour. You’ll be working as part of a small, highly skilled team of 6 engineers, with direct impact from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building intelligent AI agent systems from the ground up
• Designing memory and retrieval frameworks for context-aware decision-making
• Orchestrating LLMs and prompt flows for complex, high-stakes outputs
• Collaborating closely with product and engineering to deploy working features
• Driving experimentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI logic

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years building AI agents in production
• Strong Python skills (plus some Typescript knowledge ideal)
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, RAG pipelines
• Deep understanding of memory/context handling and prompt engineering
• Ability to ship, iterate, and scale intelligent systems

Nice to Have

• Fintech or financial product experience
• Experience with tool-using agents or agent monitoring frameworks
• Exposure to model fine-tuning or reinforcement learning
• Work closely with a talented team of 6 engineers
• Fully remote (UK only)
• Early-stage, high-impact role in a deeply technical team
