Job summary

bet365 is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to enhance reliability, observability, and performance of our critical systems. You will implement instrumentation, improve logging, and drive autonomous operations with AI‑driven telemetry.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SRE principles and management of SLI/SLOs.
• Experience with modern observability tools such as Splunk, New Relic, Grafana and PagerDuty.
• Proficiency in shell scripting for automation and system management tasks.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and orchestration tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Prior experience in a large-scale, 24/7 enterprise where uptime is critical.
• AI-native engineering with LLM platforms to improve telemetry and observability.

Responsibilities

• Enhance system reliability, observability and performance.
• Assist with incident resolution and post-mortem analysis.
• Implement service instrumentation and logging improvements.
• Build dashboards and telemetry for real-time insights.
• Collaborate across teams to embed reliability practices in SDLC.
