Job summary

Edifai, the AI training partner for global companies, seeks a Senior Marketing Executive/Manager who loves AI and storytelling. You’ll own content across formats, launch communities, and craft marketing assets with AI support.

The role is hybrid with a London office near London Bridge, reporting to Marketing Lead, and requires 3+ years in content/marketing. You’ll work with tools like Descript, Canva, HubSpot, Clay, and Fireflies, and help Edifai become the goto source for AI in L&D and HR

Qualifications

• 3+ years in content production/ marketing.
• You're using AI in marketing daily with real examples of AI-driven workflows & outputs.
• Natural storyteller with strong editorial judgment.
• Adventurer who likes trying new tools and ideas that may not work.
• Able to go from plan to delivery without a big team behind you.
• Having used HubSpot (or a CRM) is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Create content across formats: long-form articles, LinkedIn posts, video scripts, emails, landing pages, and sales assets.
• Produce short-form video from smartphone to 4K, then edit in Descript.
• Turn training programs into positioning, battlecards, and sales enablement.
• Launch the Edifai community and shape ambassador/alumni programs.
• Develop prompt libraries and Claude skills for the team.
• SEO and AEO: research keywords, create cite-worthy content, optimize pages, track presence.
