Job summary

Survey Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager to lead how technology improves the business. This hands-on role focuses on AI, automation, business applications, systems integration and process improvement.

You will own the development and continuous improvement of our business applications, working with Dynamics 365, Business Central, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI and Azure to deliver measurable benefits.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior Business Technology, Digital Technology, Applications, Systems or Technology Transformation role.
A strong track record of building, implementing and improving business applications delivering measurable efficiencies.
Experience taking technology solutions from concept through development, implementation and benefits realisation.
A strong understanding of how business applications, data and integrations fit within a wider technology environment.
Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

Lead development and continuous improvement of business applications across the organisation.
Identify opportunities, develop and implement AI-enabled solutions and automate processes to improve productivity.
Oversee systems integration, APIs, data flows and automated workflows.
Translate business challenges into technology solutions and manage technology suppliers.
Manage projects from initial idea through to implementation and benefits realisation.
