Job summary

Exalto Consulting seeks a Senior AI Developer to lead the delivery of AI-powered software solutions across client engagements. You will design and deploy AI-enabled applications, integrating Azure AI services and building LLM-powered features with agentic workflows.

You will help define standards, patterns and reusable components for AI delivery, mentoring other developers and shaping how AI projects are executed across client portfolios.

Qualifications

Experience building production AI-powered software solutions.
Proven track record delivering client-facing projects in a consultancy setting.
Hands-on with LLM integration and AI-powered features.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development and deployment of AI-integrated solutions for client engagements.
Integrate Azure AI services into production applications.
Architect LLM-powered features and agentic workflows to production standards.
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into working software.
Provide technical leadership, set standards and improve delivery quality.
Contribute to research, prototyping and PoC work for proposals.
