Creative Assembly is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Game AI Designer to join the award-winning Total War team based at our studio in Horsham, West Sussex. Weu2019re looking for someone who embraces guiding talented multidisciplinary teams to deliver engaging gameplay within our unique blend of turn-based campaigns and real-time battles. As a Senior Campaign AI Designer you will design, setup and balance the game AIu2019s features and behaviours, as well as the difficulty level on the gameu2019s turn-based Campaign side. You will work closely with the AI Programmers, AI Designers and Game Designers, ensuring there is collaboration between these departments, whilst following the vision set out by the Campaign AI Product Owner and the Game Director.u00A0 Key Responsibilitiesu00A0u00A0 u00A0

• Design and implement game AI and other game features while coordinating with other departments to make sure we create the best possible gameplay experience for playersu00A0u00A0

• Be a proactive and creative driver of game AI development to collaboratively solve problems whilst keeping in touch with relevant stakeholdersu00A0u00A0

• Document your designs with precision and clarity, improve our best practices in documentationu00A0

• Mentor fellow Designers, share your knowledge with the teamu00A0

• Evaluate and finetune AI behaviour using in-house toolsu00A0

• Build up a holistic view of the game and balance its difficulty levelu00A0u00A0

• Be able to work independently on diverse problemsu00A0
