Blackstone is a technical consultancy focused on AI-driven digital transformation for enterprise clients. We seek a senior AI data engineer who owns the retrieval and data layer end to end, builds production-grade pipelines, and guides others in adopting robust data practices for AI delivery.

You will work on healthcare data engagements, ensuring data quality, security, and governance are integral, not afterthoughts, while collaborating with delivery teams to elevate colleagues’ capabilities.

Qualifications

• Data engineering background with AI data consumption knowledge.
• Ability to transform unstructured data into agent-ready formats in production.
• Experience owning production retrieval and data layer pipelines.
• Familiarity with governance and security in regulated environments, especially healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Design and build pipelines that transform unstructured enterprise data into clean, structured formats.
• Develop and refine chunking and parsing strategies for AI systems in production.
• Build and maintain ingestion pipelines that feed into Bedrock Knowledge Bases and other retrieval infrastructure.
• Instrument the data layer so quality, freshness, and access controls are measurable over time.
