Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a Senior AI Architect to own enterprise AI platform architecture from deal to live production. You will be the technical voice for clients, including CTOs and engineering leads, and lead delivery teams while mentoring junior practitioners.

You will shape proposals, contribute to practice growth, and ensure responsible AI, observability, and governance across production AI systems. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, architecture or AI/ML engineering.
• A few of those in a senior or lead-architect role, with real accountability for design, delivery and commercials.
• Bid/proposal experience is a big plus.

I'm working with a global consulting firm on a Senior AI Architect hire for their Data & AI practice. They help major organisations get real value out of AI, not pilots and proofs of concept, but production-grade platforms that actually stick - across a range of industrys.

The role

• Own the architecture for enterprise AI platforms end to end, from winning the work, through design, to getting it live and keeping it running well
• Be the technical voice clients trust: CTOs, CDAOs, engineering leads
• Lead delivery teams and mentor junior practitioners
• Shape proposals and help grow the practice commercially

What you'll be working with

• Cloud and data platform architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP, Databricks, Snowflake)
• LLM gateways, orchestration and agent/tool control layers
• RAG and agentic architectures
• Evaluation, guardrails and responsible AI
• Observability for AI systems in production

What they're after
