Job summary

AWE is seeking a Principal AI Coach (AI Adoption) to lead practical AI enablement and training across the organisation. You will work with the AI Adoption Lead to coach teams, share real-world AI use cases, and ensure user‑focused delivery that accelerates adoption.

You will build communities of practice, promote responsible AI use, and adapt strategies as AI tools evolve. The role is onsite with a 9-day fortnight.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience training or enabling technology adoption in large organisations.
Ability to help people learn and apply AI/tools in daily work.
Experience working with users to solve problems.
Hands-on experience with digital or AI tools to support use cases.

Responsibilities

Drive real-world AI adoption across the workforce.
Deliver practical training and coaching.
Coordinate AI Coaches for consistent support.
Ground activities in real user problems.
Build AI communities of practice.
Evolve training approaches with changing AI tools.
Identify high-impact AI use cases.
Collaborate with Learning & Development and AI teams.
Promote safe, responsible AI use.
