Job summary

AWE is seeking an AI Coach (AI Adoption) to help colleagues across the organisation discover, understand and confidently use AI in their day-to-day work. You’ll deliver practical training, coaching and hands-on support, working closely with a Principal AI Coach to tailor guidance to teams’ real challenges.

You’ll help people learn by doing and see how AI can improve their work. The role focuses on practical enablement, safe AI use and knowledge sharing, with a 9‑day fortnight and on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field such as Digital Technology, Data, Computer Science, or similar.
• Experience delivering training, coaching or user support for digital tools or technology.
• Experience using digital or AI tools to improve outputs or ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical AI training and coaching to help teams apply AI to their work.
• Understand team workflows and tailor training to real challenges.
• Help colleagues build confidence and curiosity in using AI tools.
• Deliver engaging, outcome-focused training on real use cases.
• Collaborate with the Principal AI Coach to coordinate enablement activity.
• Support knowledge sharing and engagement through AI communities of practice.
• Identify simple, high-impact uses of AI based on business needs.
• Stay up to date with AI tools and trends.
• Educate users on safe and appropriate use of AI.
