Qualifications

• Proven portfolio-management track record in hedge funds.
• Sharpe Ratio > 1.5 and capital-management experience.
• Deep expertise in agricultural or soft-commodities and related markets.
• Ability to build and validate crop/demand models and link to trades.
• Strong Python or equivalent quantitative skills and modelling.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage significant capital with alpha-driven strategies.
• Construct portfolios with asymmetric returns and limited correlations.
• Implement robust risk management and monitor positions and exit criteria.
