Job summary

East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Agile Research Delivery Team Nurse to lead NIHR RDN portfolio studies across varied health and care settings. The post requires collaboration with RRDN region staff and alignment with research protocols to recruit, deliver and follow up with participants.

The successful candidate will be a registered Nurse or Midwife with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, and may contribute to line management of a research

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of NIHR Research Delivery Network (RDN) Portfolio studies across varied health and care settings.
Work flexibly across the RRDN region to identify, recruit, deliver and follow up with research participants according to protocols.
Possibly contribute to line management and leadership of a research delivery team working autonomously in multiple specialties.
