Job summary

University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Agile Research Delivery Team Nurse/Midwife/AHP to lead the delivery and setup of NIHR RDN portfolio studies across varied health and care settings. You will work flexibly across disciplines and regions, ensuring high-quality research delivery and staff development.

The role requires strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to travel across the East Midlands.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in science or health related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Registered Nurse, Midwife or AHP on relevant professional register (NMC/HCPC).
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Has completed or is undertaking a management/leadership course.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership within the Agile Research Delivery Team.
• Lead delivery of NIHR RDN portfolio studies across varied settings.
• Identify recruitment barriers and contribute to service improvements.
