About The Role
Hippo is recruiting for Senior Delivery Managers to join our growing consultancy. Delivery Managers work with our clients to embed agile ways of working and support multi-disciplined teams to focus on priorities to deliver products or services. You’ll facilitate ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and show-and-tells.

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Delivery, you’ll be an expert in your field, leading people and teams, and advocating for user-centered design approaches. Hippo offers opportunities to share your expertise, influence clients and team members, and develop as a leader.

Please note, we seek candidates looking for growth at this senior level. The advertised salary reflects the lower end of our full banding for this role, with potential for progression.

• Build and maintain motivated, collaborative on-site teams

• Facilitate and track team risks and dependencies
• Help the team focus on priorities for delivery
