We’re looking for an experienced Senior Agile Delivery Manager to join a digital consultancy transforming how public services are delivered in the UK. This isn’t about ticking boxes or running stand-ups on autopilot—it’s about enabling real change, at scale. You’ll be part of a team that blends design, engineering, and data to build meaningful services that make a difference.

What you’ll be doing as a Senior Agile Delivery Manager:

• Leading multidisciplinary agile teams to deliver high-impact digital services

• Embedding agile ways of working—coaching teams, removing blockers, and driving delivery

• Running agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retros

• Building trust and alignment with senior stakeholders, quickly

• Managing risks, dependencies, and delivery plans across complex programmes

• Driving continuous improvement through retrospectives and team feedback

• Supporting and mentoring colleagues, both in your team and across the wider practice

What you’ll bring as a Senior Agile Delivery Manager:

• A track record delivering complex digital projects in agile environments

• Experience in government or public sector delivery (GDS experience a plus)

• Ability to manage senior client relationships and shape delivery strategy

• Strong understanding of agile, lean and service design principles

• A people-first mindset—able to lead and inspire cross-functional teams

• Clear, confident communication, and the ability to handle ambiguity

What’s in it for you

• £57,000 – £64,000 base salary (up to £70,000 London)
