Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IB & Affiliate Channel Manager to take full ownership of our global Introducing Broker (IB), affiliate, and partnership network—driving growth, performance, and revenue generation across emerging and established markets, particularly in APAC and LATAM.

This is a strategic role that combines relationship building, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate/IB management within the Forex, CFD, or Crypto space, along with a good understanding of SaaS distribution models.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the IB & Partnership Channel:
2. Lead the strategy, performance, and revenue growth of the global IB and affiliate network.
3. Identify, recruit, and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and agents. Negotiate terms, payout models, and partnership agreements.
4. Performance Management:
5. Set KPIs, monitor partner activity, analyze performance data, and drive optimization strategies to exceed channel targets.
6. Coordinate with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to align partnership operations—handling everything from agreements to payment workflows.
7. Campaign Execution:
8. Propose and manage regional marketing campaigns, custom landing pages, promotional banners, and partner bonuses.
9. Partner Enablement:
10. Develop onboarding toolkits, training materials, and product knowledge assets to ensure partners are well-equipped for success.
11. Process & Compliance Oversight:
12. Maintain structured partner records, manage reporting dashboards, oversee performance tracking, and support compliance efforts.
13. Process Management:
14. Create and implement efficient, scalable workflows for all partnership-related operations.
15. Build strategic relationships with integrators and technology partners to expand distribution of SaaS-based financial products.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience managing IBs, affiliates, or partners in the Forex, CFD, or Crypto industries.
2. Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading ecosystems, and partnership revenue models.
3. Experience working with or promoting SaaS-based financial solutions is a strong plus.
4. Proven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing partner programs.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
7. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of affiliate platforms, CRM tools, and partner management systems.
2. Understanding of regional market dynamics in APAC and LATAM.
3. Ability to create scalable growth models and execute channel strategies independently.
4. Familiarity with legal frameworks and compliance requirements in partner contracts and promotions.
