Base pay range

Something we couldn’t do without our dynamic, inspiring, diverse, and dedicated team. We are currently on the lookout for a Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a brand new exciting opportunity working closely with members of the Performance Marketing Teams, as well as wider teams across the business, you will be responsible for supporting business goals and channel objectives via development, execution and optimisation of the Affiliate strategy to achieve channel targets.

Key responsibilities:

Affiliate strategy

• Maintain the ongoing delivery of the BEAUTY BAY Affiliate programme across key markets.
• Ensure the channel delivers incremental growth via the right mix of publisher types. This includes identifying, reviewing and implementing new opportunities in each region.
• Work with the Performance Marketing Manager and liaise closely with other key stakeholders to clearly understand business priorities and align the Affiliate programme to highlight and execute key trade opportunities through the channel.
• Ensure regular testing of partner types, promotional mechanics, content types etc to continually strengthen our approach and delivery vs KPIs.

Affiliate reporting and insights

• Regular reporting of Affiliate performance to identify key insights and learnings to strengthen execution and guide recommendations / further optimisations.
• Contribute and deliver monthly updates to communicate performance of the channel, progress vs objectives and key actions/next steps.
• Report on both performance and industry trends, to help make informed decisions, faster, as well as to feed into strategic decision making.
• Work with our network account manager to collate regular competitor insights from both within our category and affinity categories to both enable us to remain competitive and identify examples of best-in-class activation of Affiliate strategy.

About you

• Previous experience and understanding in affiliate marketing is an absolute must, preferably within an E-Commerce business (desirable)
• Knowledge of Affiliate platforms such as AWIN would be advantageous
• Ability to analyse and evaluate performance of marketing activities and make recommendations for next steps
• Understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience in using Google Analytics is preferred but not essential.
