A Day in the Life

Atrial fibrillation affects over 33 million individuals worldwide and is the most common form of serious arrhythmia. As part of our fast-growing cardiac ablation business segment, and with the acquisition of the Affera Mapping and Ablation System, as well as our Pulse Select PFA ablation system, we are poised to provide innovative solutions to address unmet needs for many patients. We are seeking a talented and motivated Therapy Account Specialist to join our team and further drive business growth.

In this role, you will work with innovative solutions and launch new products and technologies within cardiac arrhythmia. You will provide expert clinical and technical support and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the use of the Affera Mapping and Ablation System, Pulse Select PFA ablation system, and the Arctic Front Advance Cryoablation system. A key responsibility is to drive sales, provide service, and assist during clinical ablation procedures across accounts in the United Kingdom. You will also develop and deliver professional sales strategies alongside technical training programs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide proficient clinical and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the use of our systems
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance to ensure technology acceptance
  • Develop strong professional customer relationships
  • Maintain comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge and understand competitive products
  • Manage high-stress situations with effective problem-solving skills
  • Participate in regular territory reviews with the Sales Manager
  • Act as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of Electrophysiology
  • Background in Cardiology or as a Cardiac Physiologist
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Positive attitude with strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Valid driving license

Understanding of 3D Mapping systems is a plus.
