Skin Perfection London is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Aesthetic Practitioner to join our award-winning team in the heart of London, near Oxford Circus. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a highly regarded clinic, delivering exceptional results-driven treatments while building strong relationships with clients.

Role Responsibilities:

•Perform advanced aesthetic treatments with precision and expertise.

•Conduct in-depth client consultations, providing expert advice on skincare and treatment plans.

•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare products, technologies, and industry trends.

•Deliver exceptional client care, including detailed follow-ups via email and phone to ensure the best aftercare, homecare, and ongoing treatment success.

•Utilize internal company systems to support sales, retention, and bookings, growing and managing your own client column.

•Build and nurture strong client relationships through excellent communication and rapport-building skills.

•Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

•Meet and exceed KPIs, with the potential to earn an additional £1,000+ per month in commission.

•Create engaging content by participating in videos and social media campaigns to showcase your skills, educate potential clients, and drive revenue through digital platforms.

•Assist with administrative tasks, including follow-up calls and emails, to enhance patient care and contribute to sales growth.

Working Hours:

• Sunday & Monday off

Who We’re Looking For:

•A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a clinical environment.

•At least 2 years of hands-on experience in laser hair removal and advanced aesthetic skin treatments.

•Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with strong email communication and record-keeping abilities.

•Confident and comfortable in front of the camera for social media content creation.

•Well-presented, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

•A results-driven individual who thrives on achieving targets and growing their client base.
