Job summary

Moog invites applications for a Senior R&D Engineer to contribute to advanced flight and engine control products. Based onsite in Tewkesbury, the role emphasizes hands-on development, analysis, testing and qualification across electro‑mechanical and electro-hydraulic sub-systems.

You will work within a team of engineers, delivering precise analyses and clear technical reports. Applicants should hold a degree in a relevant engineering discipline, with strong modelling, CAD, and documentation

Qualifications

• Hands-on aerospace experience in design, analysis and testing of flight and engine control products.
• Ability to develop performance models and analyses (Spice, Matlab/Simulink, FEA).
• Familiarity with aerospace materials and fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze and qualify complex flight and engine control subsystems for military and civil aircraft.
• Create and present clear analysis/test reports.
• Maintain configuration control and quality systems; manage time estimates for tasks.
