MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Bristol to lead complex engineering and aerospace programmes. You will drive delivery with multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule and risk, and report to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality, supporting growth in the Bristol region and developing leadership capabilities across the practice.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project or programme management.
• Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex engineering and aerospace projects and work packages.
• Establish and maintain robust project plans, schedules, milestones and roadmaps.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies and change.
• Monitor performance against cost, schedule, quality and delivery.
• Lead governance, reporting and performance reviews.
• Provide clear project reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and business functions.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and decision-making sessions.
• Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation and recovery plans.
• Support resource planning and capacity management.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes.
