Job summary
Qualifications
- Practitioner in initial or continuing airworthiness.
- Experience leading engineering teams in defence or aerospace projects.
- Chartered Engineer or working toward it.
- Systems Engineering experience in aerospace including certification, compliance, requirements, safety, and test/acceptance.
- Customer-focused attitude and understanding of air safety in lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Bids for and wins projects; leads delivery and manages people and clients.
- Develops portfolio of project deliveries; enhances consultancy skills.
- Mentors junior engineers and graduates; collaborates with wider team.
