Job summary

Matchtech's client in the automotive performance sector is seeking a Senior Aerodynamicist Engineer to design, test and optimise aerodynamic surfaces for high‑performance Formula 1 cars and road supercars.

You will lead CFD analyses and wind‑tunnel testing, generate new geometry with CAD tools, collaborate with design, model making and trackside teams, and correlate simulated data with real-world results to push vehicle performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in aerospace, mechanical, or aerodynamic engineering.
• Strong grasp of fluid mechanics and data analysis tools.
• Experience in high-downforce motorsports or elite automotive aerodynamics testing.

Responsibilities

• CFD analysis of aerodynamic configurations.
