A leading company in environmental management is seeking a Senior Advisor focusing on Wastewater Flow Strategy and Compliance. This role combines technical leadership and project management skills to develop compliance frameworks and influence water industry policies. We work in a national team within the Environment and Business (E&B) directorate, focusing on planning and implementing water industry initiatives to protect and improve environmental water quality. This role supports the delivery of our Waste Water Flow Strategy and Flow Improvement Plan.
Due to increased data management needs related to water and sewerage flows, we seek a Technical Leader with sector expertise to collaborate with Senior Advisors in developing tools, policies, and guidance for operational compliance and enforcement.
We also value candidates with project/programme management experience who can lead teams of advisors to achieve key outcomes.

Our Water Industry Compliance, Incidents, and Enforcement Teams work collaboratively, using evidence, engagement, and innovation to support regulation. We influence policy, secure resources, and work with operational teams to ensure effective compliance and enforcement.

Interviews will be conducted via MS Teams in early July. Successful candidates may be placed on a reserve list for six months for potential alternative roles.
