Are you looking for an opportunity to further develop your skills and experience in Early Years Education, Childcare and leadership.
Come and join our Early Years Childcare and School Readiness Service where you will lead our team to deliver support services to settings and schools to enable them to deliver high quality early years provision for Cambridgeshire's youngest children.
Our team plays a crucial role in supporting settings and schools to be inclusive, to deliver high quality provision. This role fosters relationships with our partners to further support this.

About youWe are seeking a dynamic early years specialist and leader who will lead our Quality Improvement Team, Qualifications Centre, Membership Services, Home Learning and Communications workstreams. Reporting to the Head of Service and working as part of a dynamic management team you will be passionate about how young children thrive and evidence exemplary leadership skills. This is a great opportunity to shape our offer in line with recent national changes and a chance to develop your skills and experience of council leadership.
