Job description

A brand new opportunity to join this top 10 accountancy practice in Aberdeen as a Senior Financial Adviser.

You will work closely with the partners and give financial advice to their current client bank.

You will receive full back office support and paraplanning services.

You will be responsible for:

  • Always operating within the requirements of the applicable Financial Conduct Authority rules and regulations
  • Identifying and establishing contact with potential clients
  • Working collaboratively with the supporting team
  • Gathering and analysing information required to provide financial planning advice
  • Reviewing client's circumstances regularly in adherence with internal procedures and making appropriate recommendations
  • Completing all administration in a timely and accurate manner in line with the guidelines
  • Satisfying the regulatory CPD thresholds and keeping up to date with all compliance matters and Conduct Rules
  • Creating and maintaining appropriate business relationships
  • Sound technical knowledge of pensions, investments and taxation including estate planning and demonstrated ability to transfer technical knowledge to others
  • Up to date knowledge of FCA Regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and client servicing skills
