Responsibilities

  • Ability to independently plan and execute project subtasks to meet customer specifications (designing, testing, etc.).
  • Possesses a wide range of technical skills – Embedded, C/C++, Python, Linux, etc., source control.
  • Ability to convey technical concepts using clear and concise communication.
  • Conducts project status and process presentations for leadership and external customers.
  • Interfaces with vendors and suppliers to ensure product and project compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience as a software design engineer in either the Cellular or SATCOM (particularly Inmarsat) sectors.
  • Technical background in wireless communications, particularly modem/wireless transceiver architectures.
  • Knowledge of signal processing and DSP is a distinct advantage.
