Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (Band 8a) for the National Rehabilitation Centre at the Stanford Hall site near Loughborough. The role encompasses autonomous patient care, leadership, and a key site-coordinator function during shifts.

The ACP will lead independent clinical assessments, diagnose, and treat undifferentiated conditions, with appropriate referrals and safe discharge as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare autonomously to patients in their area with independent clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
• Act as site co-ordinator and escalation point for clinical and infrastructure issues during shifts.
• Refer patients to relevant specialties for investigations and facilitate safe discharge.
