Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer (Hybrid) based in Ashton Under Lyne, Paying £28.75ph PAYE - Reference: 000A 44E7 / 1

Solicitor required as soon as possible to join our busy Legal Team dealing with Adult Social Care matters.

Advocacy required and some office working

1. To supervise a small team of lawyers and support staff and to personally undertake more complex casework
2. To undertake advocacy at all levels of Courts and Tribunals as appropriate;
3. To provide a full range of professional legal advice and services to the Council on all aspects of the Council’s activities as required;
4. To liaise with the clients to ensure a responsive and cost-effective service is being provided;
5. To keep up to date with developments in local government and the law which are relevant to the post;

This is working full time hours on temporary contract.
