Location: Remote

Salary: £28,800 per annum

We're looking for a Senior Administrator to join our Therapeutic Quality & Training Team, supporting the Executive Director of Recovery's directorate. You'll be the engine behind our training and quality operations-keeping everything running smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Coordinate training events, book venues, manage attendees, and maintain training logs

* Provide high-level admin support across the Recovery Directorate

* Support meetings with diary management, note-taking, and reporting

* Maintain databases, track KPIs, and contribute to strategic goals

* Work independently while staying connected to a supportive team

What You'll Bring:

* Strong admin and organisational skills

* Confidence using Excel, Outlook, and internal systems

* Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders

* A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail

* Willingness to travel occasionally for key meetings and events
