Senior Administrator, HR Rewards and EVP, London / Jersey / Guernsey (advanced Excel required)
Our client, a leading global Law firm with a growing Fund Services / Fiduciary arm, is looking for a Senior Administrator with strong Excel skills and numeracy to join its HR Rewards and EVP team. Candidates could be from a finance, book-keeping or auditing background who are looking for a change into HR and have good data / analytical skills.
Role & Responsibilities:
- To provide senior administrative support, with particular focus on reward elements (annual salary and bonus reviews, promotions and progression cycles), as well as supporting wider EVP projects.
- You'll be responsible for undertaking a variety of project and administrative work (at a senior level) and will be expected to collaborate with colleagues across the business, in different jurisdictions and across all levels.
- Support the delivery of the annual salary and bonus reviews, including:
- co-ordinating the collation of data for salary benchmarking surveys in Jersey, Guernsey, UK
- collaborating with the Resourcing Team to co-ordinate the annual collation of market data across all jurisdictions
- monitoring review cycle timelines closely to ensure deadlines are met
- managing the secure distribution of salary and bonus data into the business
- Support the delivery of the twice yearly promotions and progressions cycle, including monitoring deadlines, recommendations, liaising with HR Business Consultants and HR Operations to ensure processes and communications run smoothly.
- Maintain Reward-related processes and policies, whilst following existing HR processes accurately.
- Contribute to the business by identifying improvements in processes, policies and procedures
- Assist with administrative activity required for HR projects, including the set-up of new benefits as well as supporting changes to statutory regulations for reward, benefits and wider EVP matters.
- Support the delivery of global annual benefit renewals, including data analysis and calculation of costings.
- Update and maintain HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data.
- Undertake any additional duties as necessary to ensure the effective operation of the Reward and EVP team, together with the wider HR team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum of 3 years’ administration experience, within a professional services / Financial Services environment.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and excellent all-round IT proficiency.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and well organised.
- Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate with colleagues across the business
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience supporting reward or compensation activities is desirable, but not essential.
