Job description

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Corporate Services team in Jersey on a permanent, hybrid basis. This role entails managing a portfolio of diverse corporate and institutionally owned multi-jurisdictional structures, including companies, limited partnerships, unit trusts, and other entities. The Senior Administrator will engage with clients with international profiles and ensure best practice delivery of director services, corporate administration, secretarial, bookkeeping, and accounting. The Senior Administrator will also support the training and development of junior team members and participate actively in client meetings.

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with the team to manage a client portfolio and continually expand industry knowledge
  • Take on additional administrative responsibilities to build skills and expertise
  • Develop subject matter expertise in technical aspects and communicate regularly with clients
  • Attend board meetings, assist in preparing meeting packs, draft minutes and resolutions, handle payment processing, and prepare instructions
  • Manage client records accurately while adhering to internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Supervise and assist in the training, development, and management of Trainee Administrators or Administrators on the team

Job Requirements:

  • Strong academic background
  • Currently studying towards a CGI (ICSA) or equivalent professional qualification
  • Proactive, forward-thinking approach and initiative in handling tasks
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with knowledge of local legislation and regulatory requirements
