Senior Administrator & Compliance Supervisor

Salary – £31,235 - £39,044 per annum
Hours – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location – Hereford, HR2 8BH

As a Senior Administrator & Compliance Supervisor at FCC Environment, you will play a vital role within the Contract Management Team, managing performance data, reporting systems and ensuring contractual compliance through accurate data collection and interpretation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and authority officers to drive operational performance and continuous improvement across the contract.

This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days a week.

What will you be doing?

- Capturing, analysing, and reporting performance data in line with contract requirements
- Maintaining and managing up-to-date contract service databases
- Acting as a Super-user of the municipal IT business application (Whitespace)
- Supporting the design and optimisation of collection rounds and resource deployment
- Producing and delivering periodic reporting for both internal use and to the client
- Developing proposals for IT system improvements and annual improvement reports
- Ensuring contract compliance through effective data management and reporting
- Supporting training of staff on information systems and compliance standards

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with:

- Proven experience in large-scale data management and reporting
- The ability to interpret and communicate complex data in an accessible way
- Experience with systems such as Excel, Access and ideally municipal IT applications
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- A proactive and flexible approach with a can-do attitude
- A strong commitment to continuous improvement and performance enhancement
- The ability to travel and work away when required
