  • Accurately take notes and ensure effective follow-up.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, including document preparation.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel plans and itineraries.
  • Ensure seamless organization of logistics for meetings.
  • Support diary management for senior team members.
  • Plan and deliver team events.
  • Handle sensitive information.
  • Leverage digital tools to streamline processes.
