Job summary

Witherslack Group’s Lavender Lodge School in South London is seeking an administrator to manage the office, handle diary management, provide support to the Head Teacher, HR admin and attendance payroll checks. You’ll run reception and maintain accurate files, and set up efficient processes to keep daily operations running smoothly.

  • Ideally have experience managing a team of administrators.

You’ll be in charge of managing the office, ranging from meeting and diary management and providing support to the Head Teacher, HR administration and checking payroll with attendance records. You’ll be involved in running the reception and responsibility for accurate files. With your efficient, professional approach and ability to set up processes and systems, you’ll keep things running smoothly.

Having joined the Witherslack Group family in 2022, Lavender Lodge School is an independent specialist day school providing high-quality education, based in South London.
