We are looking for an organised and friendly individual to join our team to provide a warm welcome to all visitors. Your interpersonal skills will be in regular use, assisting your team, residents, and relatives.
The Senior Administrator is responsible for managing the administration team and the administration functions of the care home. You will provide excellent customer care, handle visitor greetings, conduct viewings, manage telephone and email enquiries, perform general office duties, handle financial and recruitment administration, and support the Home Manager with various tasks.
Previous experience supervising a team and in administration or reception is essential. You should demonstrate professionalism, customer service skills, literacy, numeracy, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexibility, approachability, organisation, and prioritisation skills are also required.
Business insurance is essential due to travel during work hours.
