Hyde is looking to recruit aSenior Administrator.

As aSenior Administratorat Hyde, you will be working within the Property Maintenance team to support the delivery of purchasing and materials services, as well as deputising for the Team Leader when required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Purchasing & Materials Team Leader and deputise when needed
  • Train and mentor team members to improve performance
  • Assist with the processing and reconciliation of purchase orders and invoices
  • Liaise with suppliers and credit control to ensure timely payments
  • Monitor material and fleet stock levels and report on spend
  • Escalate disrepair cases and ensure smooth administration of works

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in purchasing within a housing or maintenance environment
  • Strong knowledge of materials and repairs
  • Confident in people management with experience in mentoring and training others
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience analysing and reporting data such as material and financial spend
  • Previous involvement in performance management (preferred)
