Broadgate is partnered with a leading firm who provide professional services to a variety of clientele. They are looking for a Senior Administrator to join their inclusive and forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Take full responsibility for managing a varied portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring high-quality service and efficient administration (including handling invoices, payment preparation, and accounts payable).
  • Understand the transactions you're working on and provide support or training to colleagues when needed.
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships, managing expectations professionally.
  • Oversee day-to-day tasks to ensure timely, accurate work and meet deadlines for transactions and internal processes, including managing WIP and debt collection.
  • Delegate tasks effectively within the team to maintain high service standards.
  • Carry out other administrative tasks as needed.
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience in corporate administration.
  • Working towards or holding a relevant qualification (e.g. CGI or ICSA).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with specialist software (e.g., Document Management Systems, Viewpoint) is a plus.
  • Strong time and task management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work independently.
