Senior Administrator - £45- 55,000 – London – (3-4 days week in the office) – Permanent
My client, a global Law Firm, is looking for a Senior Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-quality administration for a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service throughout the full client lifecycle—from onboarding to ongoing administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and be accountable for the administration of a varied portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members, ensuring a strong understanding of client transactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and opportunities for repeat business are maximised.
- Assist with the incorporation of UK companies and related new business onboarding tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of work, meeting all internal and external deadlines.
- Monitor and manage WIP and debt collection across your portfolio.
- Maintain consistently high levels of client service and swiftly address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance team to ensure accurate client due diligence and up-to-date reviews.
- Stay informed of relevant regulatory changes and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate data within the corporate services practice management system.
- Coordinate and attend directors’ and members’ meetings, including AGMs.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and entities, including conducting KYC checks.
- Process client invoices and payments using various banking platforms.
About You
- Hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g. CGI/ STEP).
- Proven experience in corporate administration or company secretarial services.
- Strong understanding of UK corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with practice management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
