Are you a confident and proactive Senior Administrator looking for your next challenge? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment where no two days are the same? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We're working with an exciting, fast-growing medical start-up based in the heart of Cambridge. With a passionate and driven founding team, they're on a mission to make a real impact in the healthcare space, and they need a capable, mature, and self-sufficient Senior Administrator to help them grow on a temp to perm basis. Candidates will also be considered on a straight permanent basis.

Your role will be to support the Private PA providing administrative support, helping keep everything running smoothly. From diary management and meeting coordination to travel planning and inbox management, you'll be the go-to person for all things admin related.

You'll also take ownership of wider business support tasks, stepping in wherever needed , whether that's assisting with internal processes, supporting the wider team, or being the friendly face that keeps the office running day to day.

  • Provide admin support

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support wider business needs in a small, close-knit team
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a start-up or small business environment (not essential)
  • Professional, mature, and able to work independently
  • Exceptionally organised with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling varied tasks and working with minimal supervision
  • Proactive, hands-on, and not afraid to get stuck in
  • Confident using standard office software and tools
