Provide CIC in Eastlight House, Braintree, is seeking an Administration Clerk at Grade Band 3 to provide comprehensive, professional administrative support across the Chelmsford/Maldon/Braintree area.
You will manage data entry, audio typing and NHS workflows, using SystmOne and other IT systems, while maintaining strict confidentiality and clear communication with staff and patients.

Joining an established administration team, the post holder will provide comprehensive, professional and effective administrative support across the Chelmsford/Maldon/Braintree area. The post holder must display a considerable degree of initiative, possess good judgement and maintain a calm, friendly and efficient manner when dealing with staff, service users, colleagues and visitors. The post holder will be required to work independently using initiative, and applying a high degree of confidentiality to all of their work, whilst ensuring clear communication with all services, teams and colleagues. Applicants have previous administrative experience, including excellent typing skills including audio typing and working in a healthcare setting; experience of using IT systems like SystmOne or relevant IT skills and be able to work on their initiative with minimal supervision.
