Job summary

St. James’s Place Wealth Management is recruiting a Senior Administrator in Alderley Edge to support the Practice team with high-level technical and administrative duties.

You will work alongside Financial Advisers and paraplanners to deliver compliant, quality advice and robust back-office support. The role focuses on client relationship administration, handling enquiries, and ensuring timely, accurate processing of business submissions.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience in Financial Services
• Excellent IT and communication skills, highly organised and able to make decisions
• CRM Salesforce experience preferred

Senior Administrator

Location: Alderley Edge, Cheshire (SK9)

Salary: £35,000 with excellent benefits and bonus

We are an SJP Senior Partner Practice in Alderley Edge looking to appoint an experienced Senior Administrator to join our business.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional Senior Administrator to work in a St. James's Place Senior Partner Practice.

The role of the Senior Administrator is to provide support to the Practice in the delivery of all aspects of the client relationship and administration.

As a key member of the team, you’ll work closely with our Financial Advisers and experienced paraplanners to deliver high-quality, compliant advice and technical support. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop within a supportive environment. Mentorship will be provided to help you achieve your professional goals.

The Role: Senior Administrator

• You will be providing a high level of technical and administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients of the Practice
• You will be a point of contact for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries
• You will be responsible for business submission using bespoke software
• You will need to ensure that business is processed accurately and within agreed timescales

Training in some of these areas can be provided if you are looking to develop new skills or further your existing skills, and you will have the opportunity to progress within the SJP Accreditation framework

The Person: Senior Administrator

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style.

• You will have been working in Financial Services for several years and have good all-round knowledge which you are looking to expand and develop
• You have excellent IT and communication skills, are highly organised and can make decisions
• Ideally, you have used the CRM Salesforce
• You are a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision
• It is essential that as a Senior Administrator you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion
• A relevant qualification or progress towards the Level 4 Diploma would be an advantage but is not essential.
