Senior Administrative Assistant

We are searching for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant

Make an Impact at RSM UK

We are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join RSM UK in our Bromley office to provide a high standard of administrative support working across all teams, playing an important role in assisting other administration team members, and heavily involved in the day-to-day tasks involved in the smooth running of a busy office, liaising regularly with management as required.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Providing secretarial and administrative assistance including comprehensive support for individual projects to the Partners, Directors, Managers and wider team members in Bromley and wider region as required
  • Managing diaries and arranging meetings, ensuring that bookings are achievable in terms of workload and time constraints
  • Drafting letters, formatting documents, issuing for signing, liaising with clients as appropriate
  • Updating business development activity on the firm's CRM system (Dynamics), ensuring that all information is accurate
  • Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and presentations, ensuring adherence to guidelines on RSM templates and branding
  • Coordinating the Bromley administrative team, being their go to for any queries

  • Possess flexibility and adaptability to manage changing work requirements and varying volumes of work
