Job summary

Hampshire County Council's Totton Hub is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support and assist with hospital discharge services.

You'll manage the Transfer of Care Hub inbox, track referrals in SharePoint, run reports, and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure timely case allocation.

The Role:

Joining the Transfer of Care Hub team as a Senior Administrative Assistant, you’ll provide excellent administrative support and assist with the delivery of essential hospital discharge services.

  • Process referrals to ensure timely case allocation.
  • Run reports and transfer data between our different trackers.
