The Patient Access team is a fast-growing team that is always making continuous improvements, offering internal and external opportunities for career development. The Patient Access Team provides an outpatient appointment booking and information service to patients and healthcare professionals across Coventry and Warwickshire during the hours of 8am–6pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am–2pm on Saturdays.
