Job Overview

An accurate, confidential, and supportive administration service for patients, clinical teams, carers, and internal and external agencies (such as Local Authority, Third Sector, CAIS) is essential to provide a safe and efficient patient pathway, along with information and appropriate support to families and carers.

The post holder will support the delivery of a comprehensive, high-quality medical secretarial administrative service.

Desirable: The ability to speak Welsh; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally encouraged to apply.

Main Duties of the Job
  • Support the coordination of administrative arrangements to provide a high-quality, supportive secretarial service to consultants, medical, and nursing teams.
  • Work independently, organizing and prioritizing your workload to meet deadlines.
  • Facilitate patient progression along a defined pathway.
