Job description

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our admin team in the Children's & Learning Disability Division. We are looking to recruit a friendly, enthusiastic, motivated person to join our administration team.

You will provide administrative support to clinical services within the Division and contribute to the planning and development of the service as a member of the team.

This role is varied, and you will need to have the ability to work as part of a team, use your initiative in day-to-day tasks, and have good communication skills to deal with varying enquiries.

The post is Monday to Friday.

Main duties of the job

The main duties of the role include:

  • Providing administrative support to clinical services within the Division and contributing to the planning and development of the service as a team member.
  • Supporting operational meetings by collating documents, taking minutes, and distributing them in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with the Division's Personal Assistant/Administrative Officer to complete ad hoc duties as they arise.
  • Working days will be Monday - Friday.
