Senior Administrator

Location: Bedford

Salary: Up to GBP28,500

My client, a reputable manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join their dynamic team. The role involves providing essential administrative support across all departments and managing the front-of-house reception area. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a demanding environment and enjoys a varied workload.

This is a full-time, permanent role with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5.30pm, and a 9am to 3pm finish on Fridays.

Responsibilities
  1. Handle all forms of business correspondence, including telephone inquiries, email communication, mail distribution, and package coordination.
  2. Schedule and organise meetings, including room booking and catering arrangements.
  3. Maintain accurate data across multiple team databases to support cross-functional information management.
  4. Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery and audiovisual equipment, to ensure smooth daily operations.
