Senior Administrator

My client, a reputable manufacturing company are on the search for an experienced Senior Administrator to join their fast paced, yet exciting team, to work closely with all departments, providing essential administrative support while also managing the front-of-house reception area. This is a dynamic position ideal for someone who thrives in a demanding environment and enjoys a varied workload.
This is a full-time, permanent position, with hours consisting of Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm, and a 9am to 3pm finish on a Friday.
Duties included:
· Handle all forms of business correspondence, including telephone inquiries, email communication, mail distribution, and package coordination.
· schedule and organise meetings, as well as arranging room booking and catering services when required
· Enter and maintain accurate data across multiple team databases, supporting cross-functional information management.
· Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery and audiovisual equipment, to maintain efficient day-to-day operations.
