Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is expanding its Adult ADHD and Autism service in Stockport and seeks Neurodevelopment Practitioners to provide neurodevelopmental assessment, intervention, and ongoing support for adults referred from local GP practices.

Under supervision, you will conduct ADHD titration, annual reviews, risk management, and liaise with agencies to plan outcomes. Flexible working potential is discussed at offer stage, with Mon-Fri 9-5 clinics as a baseline.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to assess adults with ADHD/ASD
• Experience in neurodevelopmental assessment and support
• Strong collaboration within MDTs and with GP practices

Responsibilities

• Undertake ADHD titration and annual reviews including physical health checks.
• Provide assessment and formulation for adults with ADHD/ASD and offer evidence-based interventions.
• Liaise with agencies to coordinate care packages and supports.
• Maintain case load and records, and contribute to service improvements.
